Long Handled Scrubbing Brush. Ideally used to clean surgical instruments in the manual cleaning stage. Easy to use, with a thermoplastic rubber griped handle Polypropylene bristles making it easier to clean the deposits after surgery. Brush Width: 38mm, Brush Length: 80mm, Over-all Length: 340mm The Long-Handled Cleaning Brush (part number MED100.75) should not be processed in an autoclave either at 121C or 134C, otherwise the instruments will melt. Please find some clear detail on Brush below, & that it ideally should not see extended use over 80C. Handle Material: TPR, It's environmental friendly polymer material, odourless, TPR is free of heavy metals, EN71, ROHS, plasticizers (phthalate plasticizers) and SVHC substances. The temperature resistance temperature is -40C to 120C, but it will accelerate the aging of tpr elastomer when more than 100C. If you want to extend its use time, it is not recommended to use in the environment above 80C for a long time. Brush Head & Brushes Material: PP material, namely polypropylene, environmental protection and non-toxic, the use of temperature range of -30 - 140C long term temperature resistance of about 100 degrees.
