The S1 System allows you to carry out a root canal treatment using one single instrument, the S1 Plus file. The S1 Plus Standard 25/06 has a progressive pitch and rounded tip providing flexibility and making it easy to negotiate the canal. The instrument´s excellent flexibility makes it possible to treat root canals with a very severe curvature. The instrument’s performance and unique cross section in combination with longer pitches makes the instrument efficient, flexible and safe. The S1 Plus instrument’s excellent flexibility makes it possible for you to treat root canals with a very severe curvature. Use S1 Plus Standard 25/06 for most cases. If you are treating narrow constricted canals use S1 Plus Small 15/06. Use S1 Plus Large 40/04 for larger canals. Probe the canal and prepare the glide path using hand files. You can get S1 Plus instruments in treatment pack (sufficient for two root canal treatments) or refill pack. The S1 instruments are presented sterile in blister pack – ready to use.
